Order payment options:

  1. Payment to PrivatBank card. The bill can be paid in cash at the cash desk of any Ukrainian bank, through terminals or independently using internet banking, or Visa/MasterCard with a card through the systemsLiqpaySendmoney.pb.uaEasyPay etc.
  2. Non-cash settlement according to the invoice for legal entities and individuals (upon request) an invoice is issued and sent to e-mail. All necessary documents are sent together with the invoice for payment.
  3. Cash on delivery (minimum subscription required — 100 UAH). This condition is necessary, if the buyer refuses to collect the goods from the post office. If the buyer has not received the order by mail within five days, then the order is considered not taken and returned to the store (in this case 100 UAH are deducted as the cost of forwarding) .

Delivery across Ukraine

We deliver goods in Ukraine by the transport company Nova poshta.
After that, how our shipping department sends the order, you will receive a message with the number of the waybill (TTN).
Choosing a delivery service, pay attention, that mats can be accepted by post offices until 30 kg and cargo compartments.

Exchange and return rules

According to the Law on Ukraine «On the protection of consumer rights», for 14 days from the date of purchase (from the day of receiving the order) you can return the ordered goods and exchange them with the possibility. According to the law of Ukraine «On the protection of consumer rights», goods are subject to exchange or refund, in the absence of visible signs of its use, in branded packaging and only if all prices and other labels are on it. The packaging must be without traces of use.
For 14 days from the date of receiving the package, contact the store manager, to agree on the address, to which the product should be sent and the refund method. The parcel must be returned at the latest 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Pay attention when returning the product:

  • A refund or exchange for another product is made only after the product is returned to the store in its entirety.
  • We will remind, that only the value of the goods without shipping costs is returned. The cost of sending the product back to the store is paid by the customer (return initiator).
  • If the goods, that are sent back, damaged due to customer fault, then the seller reserves the right not to accept the goods or to make only a partial refund.
    If the product is returned in good condition, the money will be returned to the buyer within three days from the date of receipt of the return.
